Hello there, You're most welcome! Hope that 5-steps approach were helpful for you.

In my case, I invested 50% of my eligible investment amount (or 10% of my total EPF portfolio) as a start.
As for the balance 50% eligible invest-able amount (or another 10% of my total EPF portfolio) I'm still deciding whether if I should also further invest it - but might just DCA in the remainder by 30 April 2021 (or whichever the date for 0% i-Invest Sales Charge programme).

Currently my personal investment portfolio excludes the totality of EPF fund (regardless of EPF Conventional, EPF i-Invest, or the 2% which I "redirected away" manually) as I initially thought not to "jack up" the numbers, since my true "controllable" investment amount / savings are only those from my net income portion (EPF's a bonus to me).

Hopefully the 2020 dividends will be released in the next few days (or weeks) with good yield.. fingers crossed!

Understand everyone is different but what the % did you used for eligible investment amount ? Also I do not detect any funds invested via i-akaun in your shared portfolio.

I check EPF dividend announced around end of Feb for year 2019, hopefully this year 2020 is better else considering to use higher % of the eligible investment amount.

Hello there! Usually I look at the few factors below when comparing Unit Trust funds - regardless via EPF i-Invest or Fundsupermart, the assessments are similar:

1. investment strategy, sectors and geographical coverage - this will have to match what I'm looking (ie. In my situation, I was looking to diversify away from Malaysia so automatically all funds with focus in Malaysia will be excluded.)

2..underlying asset allocation ratio - I was focusing on equities only, so I also excluded all low risk / balanced funds from my searches

3. Past performance - as far back as possible. Though past performance is never an indication or guarantee for future performances, but it provides an insight on how they've managed so far.

4. Benchmark / performance vs benchmark. Typically funds already have a benchmark with closely resembling asset class / geographical coverage / sectors. Otherwise I might search up some indexes myself for quick comparison.

5. Fees - usually they park this under "expense ratio" or "annual management fees" deducted directly from total managed assets before NAV. But its just to understand if their fees are in typical range (~2% per annum). Of course there also the initial sales charge mentioned in the article.

Those are mainly the areas I look at. Hope it helps!

Cheers
Gracie
