Below are just some of my thoughts:
1) Cost - actually it depends. Example: US Stocks - tigerbroker min. charge $2 / TSG min charge $1.5 || On the other hand, HK Stocks tigerbroker min. charge HKD$15 / TSG HKD$25 || currency conversion: TSG/IBKR charges $2 and tiger currently waives it (no mention of how much it'll cost after the promotional period)
2)
- Market coverage: Tiger covers US, HK, SG, CN, AU; TSG/IBKR covers more than those including London Stock Exchange / etc. (which helps for long-term ETF holders for example - when deciding to purchase Ireland domiciled funds)

1) Can we say tiger is cheaper charges compared to your downselected TSG ?
2) what is pros from TSG over Tiger? *again, ignore the less than 5years fact*

Thanks for the recommendations! At first glance it seems to be a competitive option for my small trades exploration (similar to trading212 / eToro allows me to tap into my HKD account).

imho if you already have hk bank account the most cost efficient broker for you is sofi hk, zero commission for hk and US stocks, fractional share coming soon, no frill, app only broker (the only disadvantage is lack of charting tool, but if you need charting wise can refer to tradingview or tos) , the low cost is good for average down or frequent smaller trades, Just my 2 cents. Hello Ken,

The scale works from 1 (least suited to my needs) to 5 (most suited to my needs), with gradient scale from Red to Orange to Green.

I have just updated the post as well with a bit more explanation on how the weighting scale works here
