Just wanna thank you for spending your time to write this informative blog.

Although I am probably not going to buy my own mortgage in the next few years, the information you shared will be very valuable in helping me form an informed decision should I take up a mortgage loan.

On a separate note, I look forward to reading more articles from you. Will be grateful if you can cover topics that I struggle with like "mortgage refinancing" and "evaluating investment returns - time weighted etc". :)))
