Indeed! The huge amount really hurts 🙁 but on another hand I'm happy that I can finally get over with the anxiety of waiting for the formal title issuance.

So many things that I didn't think much about when committing my home purchase initially heh 😀

i know a few friends who until now still didn't get their strata title for their property and hence didn't have to go thru the pain of paying out huge sums of cash for something they already own. i mean, i get the importance of the strata title but i do envy them sometimes, haha.
